AN ORDINANCE OP THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND-
ING SECTION 6100 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO BUSINESS
LICENSING
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. Thai- Subparagraph a) of Section 6100
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, is hereby amended to read
as to I lows;
6100, DEFINITIONS.
Business. As used in this Chapter,
the word business' shall include
a 11 professions, trades, occupations
and any other kind of calling, whether
or not carried on for a profit. The
phrase engaged in business' shaN mean
the operating, conducting, managing,
or carrying on of any business within
the City whether or not a person has
a fixed place of business, i.e., an
office, shop, store, etc., located
within the City."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in
the manner prescribed by aw.
