THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLCW$>
SECTION That, notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 9^51 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property, as described In Planning Commission Resolution No, PC 66-18
on file in the office of the City Clerk, of said City. be, and the
same hereby la, rezoned from Zone *? to Zone C*2___, and the
Director of Plennino shal 1 wnd the Zonfng Map of the City of
Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the seme to be published in
the manner prescribed by law.
