THE ZONING WP OF SAID CITY. AND
RE20NING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROW ZONE 3_____
TO ZONE C-2 ZONE CASE NO.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS
SECTION I» That, notwithstanding the provisions of i
Section 9^51 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property, as described In Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 66-^0
on file in the office of the City Clerk, of said City, be, and the
same hereby is, reasoned from Zone R"?___ to Zone c"2 and the
Director of Planning shal I amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Baldwin Per^ to r^lect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in
the manner prescribed by law.
