AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK EXTENDtNG
THE TERM OF ORDINANCE 4S2 URGENCY
ORDINANCE RELATING TO SERVICE STATION
USES, AND DECLARING THIS ORDINANCE
TO BE AN URGENCY ORDINANCE, AND STATING
THE FACTS WHICH CONSTITUTE THE URGENCY
THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. The City Council does hereby find and determine
that Ordinance No. 452 was heretofore adopted on April 6, 1966
pursuant to Government Code 65658) for a period of ninety 90)
days, expiring July 4, 1966 relating to a moratorium on service
station construction; and that on June 22, 1966 a public hearing
was duly held to consider the extension of such Ordinance No. 452.
SECTION 2- Ordinance No- 452 is hereby extended for an
additional ninety 90) day period to wit until October 2, 1966,
SECTION 5. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in
the manner prescribed by law.
