AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION li2U5 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO BILLIARD
AND POOL ROOA FACILITIES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Section 1+245 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended, by amend!ng Subparagraph a)
of said Section, and adding to said Section Subparagraph c),
to read, respectively, as follows:
a) Hours of Operation. No person shall
operate or maintain for use any biI I lard
or pool table in any place open to the
public, between the hours of 2:00 A.M. and
6:00 A.M., of any day, except as hereinafter
provided."
c) The provisions of Section i^l 9 2J.|.l I
and 1-1.2^.1 2 of this Code shal I also apply to
billiard and pool room facilities."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
