AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 3377 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
XilTrciPAL CODE RELATING TO TRAFFIC
REGULATIONS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Section 3377 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended, by amending Subparagraph bl of
said Section to read, respectively, as follows:
b) When any such truck route or routes are
established and designated by appropriate signs,
the operator of any vehicle exceeding a maximum
gross weight limit of 6,000 Ibs. shall drive on
such route or routes and none other, except that
nothing in this section shall prohibit the operator
of any vehicle exceeding a maximum gross weight
of 6,000 Ibs. coming from a truck route" having
ingress and egress by the most direct route from
the nearest truck route when necessary for the
purpose of making pickups or deliveries of goods,
wares and merchandise from or to any building or
structure located on such restricted streets or
for the purpose of delivering materials to be used
on the actual and bona fide repair, alteration,
remodeling or construction of any building or
structure upon such restricted streets for which
a building permit has previously been obtained
therefor."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law*
