AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZON1NG CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-l TO ZONE
R-5 ZONE CASE NO. Z-289)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAJN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property, as hereinafter described, be, and the same hereby is,
rezoned from Zone R-l to Zone R-5, and the Director of Planning
shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect
such change:
That portion of Rancho La Puente, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of Calif-
ornia, as per map recorded in Book I, pages 45 & 44
of Patents, in the office of the recorder of said
County described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is south 14° 08' west
153.60 feet and south 75° 52' east 400' from the
most northerly corner of Tract No. 10104 in the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, as per map recorded in Book 142, pages
62-64 of Maps in the office of the recorder of said
County; thence south 75° 52' east 200 feet; thence
north 14° 08" east 472.75'; thence south 75° 17' west
to a line that is parallel with and distant 100' south-
easterly, measured at right angles, from a line that
passes through the point of beginning and has a
bearing of S 14° 08' west; thence southwesterly along
said parallel line to a line that is parallel with and
distant 198.57 northeasterly, measured at right angles,
from a line that passes through the point of beginning
and has a bearing of north 75° 57' west; thence north-
westerly along said last mentioned parallel line to said
first mentioned line that passes through the point of
beginning; thence southwesterly along said line to the
point of beginning.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
