AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE A-I M"I
TO ZONE r^2_____- ZONE CASE NO.
Z-300
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That, notwithstanding the provi s i ons of
Section 9^.51.°^ ne Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property, as described in Planning Commission Resolution No. PC fi_4.9
on file in the office of the City Clerk, of said City, be, and the same
hereby is, rezoned from Zone /\_| to Zone \^_____, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the ZonIng Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published In the
manner prescrlbed by I aw.
