AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTIONS 9600 AND 9610 OF THE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
PERMITTED USES IN COMMERCIAL ZONES
CASE NO. AZC-26).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraphs 9), 10) and 11)
of Subparagraph A of Section 9600 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code, are hereby amended to read, respectively,
as follows:
9) Clothing Stores. New retail sales only.
10) Dress or millinery shops. New retail
sales only, not more than 10 employees.
11) Dry goods and notions stores. New
retail sales only."
SECTION 2. That Subparagraphs 15) and 44) of
Subparagraph A of Section 9610 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code, are hereby repealed and rescinded.
SECTION 3. That Subparagraph 22) of Subparagraph A of
Section 9610 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, is hereby
amended to read as follows:
22) Furniture stores. New retail sales only."
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption hereof and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
