AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 9552 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO R-l
ZONING REGULATIONS AZC-23 and AZC-27).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Subparagraphs 3d and 4c of Section
9552 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, are hereby amended,
to read, respectively, as follows:
3. d. Limitations on yard requirements,
Notwithstanding any other provision
of this Code, all required side yard
areas shall be open and unobstructed
from ground to sky."
4. c. 3 bedroom family units 1,300 sq. ft."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption hereof and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
