AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING REGULATIONS APPLICABLE
TO C-M ZONES AZC 28)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subsection 2 of Section 9620 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code is hereby repealed,
rescinded and deleted.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to
the adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same
to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this Ij^day of April 1967.
