AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-3_____
TO ZONE c-2 ZONE CASE NO.
Z-502
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That, notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 9J4.51 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property, as described In Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 67-1
on file in the office of the CityCterk, of said City, be, and the same
hereby is, rezoned from Zone 3______to Zone C-2____, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That, notwithstanding the provisions of

property, as described in Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 67"" 13
