AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 9650 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO ZONE M-I.
AZC-29)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS„
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph 61+ a) Is hereby added to Section 9650 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to read as follows:
6i(. a) Merchandise, second-hand, provided that
all goods displayed, stored or offered for sale,
shall be kept and maintained within an
enclosed building."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of May 967.
