AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEN-
DING SECTION 9610 OF THE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO
GENERAL COMMERCIAL ZONES,
AZC-50)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Subparagraph 7) of Subparagraph A of
Section 9610 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, is hereby amended
+o read, as follows;
7) Auto and truck repair»
a) Automobile repair garage*
All operations shah be
conducted entirely within
an enclosed building*
b) Truck repairing, overhaul ing,

Provided that a conditional
use permit is first obtained,"
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adop-
tion hereof and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law*
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21 day of June 1967.
