AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE M-l
TO ZONE C-2_______• ZONE CASE NO.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 9451 of h® Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property, as described in Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 67-"25 9
on ft Ie in the office of the City Cierk, of said City, be, and the same
hereby is, rez-oned from Zone M-l_____to Zone C—2___a and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoni ng Map of the C i ty of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescri bed by I aw.
