AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION
8101^ SUBPARAGRAPH P) OF THE BALDWIN
PARK MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE
UNIFORM BUILDING CODE
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I, Th9+ Section 8101, subparagraph p) of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows;
p) Section 1601 a) F i re Zones EstabIished. For the purposes
of this Code, all properties wi+hTn the City are hereby declared to be
in the following:
1) All properties zoned C-Pp 0-1^ p-2^ G-2A, OrM, M(-R and.,,
M^l shall be deemed to be in Fire Zone No» 2; and
2) All other properties in the City shall be deemed to bo
In Fire Zone No» 5,
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance, and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law,
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of August 1967.
