AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE 0-1_____
TO ZONE C-2_______. IZONE CASE NO.
Z-507
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 9^1.51,-of 1-he Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property, as described in Planning Commission Resolution No. PC 67-28
on fiIe in the office of the City Clerk, of said City, be, and the same
to Zone C-2____, and the
ZonIng Map of the City of Baldwin
hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-
Director of Planning shall amend the
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
