AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-1 TO ZONE
C-2. ZONE CASE NO. Z-299 PART 2)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property des-
cribed as portions of Rancho La Puente, City of Baldwin Park, County of
Los Angeles, located at 3109 Maine Avenue; 13621 and 13629 Francisquito,
be, and the same hereby are, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone C-2, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd day of December, 1970.

I, THELMA L. BALKUS, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park, do
hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 505 was regularly introduced
and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on
the 1st day of November, 1967. That, thereafter, said ordinance was duly
adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 2nd day of
December, 1970, by the following vote:
