AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE BY
RENUMBERING AND RECODIFYING THE
PROVISIONS THEREOF RELATING TO THE
BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Sections 9650 through 9655, inclusive, of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code as adopted by Ordinance No. 585 on November 4, 1964, relating
to the Board of Zoning Adjustments of said City, are hereby renumbered and re-
adopted as Sections 9700 through 9705, inclusive, of said Code, which shall be
designated as Part XIX entitled Board of Zoning Adjustments", of Article IX.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and shall cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by
law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of December 967.
