AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK ABEND ING
SECTION 9501 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO OFF-STREET
PARKING FACILITIES ACZ-54).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION That Subparagraphs 9 and 21 of Section 9501
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code arc hereby amended, to
read, respectively, as followss
59) Manufacturing Uses of I parking space for each
Manufacturing Uses of
all types, except the
building or portion of
a building utilized for
warehouse and/or storage
purposes
2 employees on the maximum
working shift or I parking
space for each 500 sq» ft. of
gross floor area, whichever is
greater, pius additional
park lag space for each vehicle
operated or kept n conjunction
with the use*
211 Warehouses, buildings *- I parking space for each 1500
sq. ft. of gross floor area,
or I parking space for each
employee, whichever Is greater,
plus additional parking space
for each vehicle operated or
kept In conjunction with the
use, provided further that
whenever all r any portion
of a warehouse area, facility
or a building. Is proposed to
be converted, remodeled, or
changed to a non-storage use,
the number of parking spaces
required by this Chapter shall
be secured and provided prior
to the conversion of the use or
remodeling of the warehouse
facilities and/or building,
Warehouses, buildings
or portions of buildings
used exclusively for
storage purposes
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published In the manner
prescribed by taw.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of January 19 68
