AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK PREZONING
CERTAIN HEREINAFTER REAL PROPERTY
PZ-1).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare, as
follows:
a) That certain real property described
as Annexation No. 9 has been considered for
annexation to said City; and
b) That proceedings relating to such
annexation has been commenced, pursuant to
law; and
c) That pursuant to applicable pro-
visions of State law, proceedings for pre-
zoning" have also been commenced and processed
with respect to such property; and
d) That the Planning Commission has
recommended that upon annexation to the City,
such property should be classified in Zone
M-l; and
e) That the City Council conducted a
duly noticed public hearing upon such matter,
as provided by law, and has determined that the
public interest, convenience and necessity require
the classification of such property in Zone M-l,
when the same is annexed to said City.
SECTION 2. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real
property included within the boundaries of said Annexation
No. 19 shall be classified in Zone M-l upon its incorporation
into the City.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance shall not become
effective for any purpose unless and until the above
described real property is incorporated in, and annexed
to, the City of Baldwin Park.
SECTION 4. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
