AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMEND I'NG
SECTION 2907 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO THE
PERSONNEL BOARD.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The subparagraph b) of Section 2907 of the Baldwin
Park Municipal Code is amended to read as follows:
b) Meetings, The City Clerk shall designate the
time and place of the first meeting of the personnel
board. At said meeting, the board shall select one of
its members as chairman, and one of its members as vice-
chairman. The City Clerk shall act as Secretary to the
board, and shall keep and maintain all minutes and other
records necessary to the conduct of the board^ meetings
and proceed!ngs.
The board shall meet upon noticed call of the chairman.
Meetings of the board shall be held in the Council Chamber
in the City Hall of the City of Baldwin Park. The board
shall establish its own rules for the conduct of its
meet!ngs.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescri bed by I aw.
