AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
CERTAIN OF THE ZONING REGULATIONS
OF SAID CITY CASE NO. AZC-39).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Subparagraph A of Section 9610 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, relating to zoning
regulations applicable to Zone C-2 is hereby amended as
follows:
1) That Subsections 9, 14, 17, 26, 40,
43, 48 and 51 are hereby repealed and rescinded;
aad
2) That Subsections 12 and 29 of said
Section are hereby added to the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code to read, respectively, as
follows:
12) Bowling alley and similar
recreational uses Excluding
horse riding academies).
29) Liquor, off sale licensees
only."
SECTION 2. That Section 9472 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code relating to conditional use permits is hereby
amended by adding thereto, the following Subsections;
4a. Baths, turkish, etc. Excluded
from A,R and M Zones).
lOa. Drive-in establishments Excluded
from A, R, C-P and M Zones).
14a. Liquor, on sale licensees only
Excluded from A, R, C-l, C-P and
M Zones)
19a. Pawn shops Excluded from A, R,
C-l, C-P, and M Zones),
19b. Poolrooms and Halls and/or
Billiard Rooms Excluded from
A, R, C-l, C-P and M Zones)o
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of December 1968.
