AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 2700 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO OFFICIAL
PROCEDURES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 2700 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
2700. Order of Business, That at
7:30 P.M. of each regular City Council
meeting night, the members of the said
Council, City Clerk, City Treasurer and
the City Attorney, shall be in attendance
at the Council Chambers. The order of
Council business shall be as follows:
1) Roll Call
\2) Approval of Minutes
3) Treasurers Report
4) Consideration of Claims and
Demands•
5) Oral Communications
6) Written Communications
7) Reports of Officers,
Commissions or Committees
S) Unfinished Business
9) New Business
By majority vote, the above order of
business may be altered or suspended."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
