THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZON1NG CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION lo That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property
known as Baldwin Park Annexation No» 18 as set forth In Ordinance No,
556, on file In the office of the City Clerk, of said C?ty, be, and
the same hereby Is, rezoned from Zone County Al^ A2"5& MI-1/2 to Zone
R-J, and the Director of Planning shall amendThe^Zoning sfe^ of the
&}ty of Baldwin Park" to reflect such changeo
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the Same to be published In the manner
prescribed by law.
