AN ORDINANCE OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZON1NG CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-3 TO ZONE
R-2. ZONE CASE NO. Z-313S
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That/ notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property, described
as follows;
Property located at 3913, 3917 and 3923 Paddy Lane and the
southwest corner of Adoue Place and Paddy Lane, In the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as follows;
That portion of Lot 78, of Tract No. 899, In the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded In Book 18, Page 95 of maps In the
office of the recorder of said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the most northerly corner of Lot 17 of Tract No.
21786 In the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as per map recorded In Book 634, pages
99-100 of maps in the office of the recorder of said County;
thence southeasterly along the northeasterly line of said Lot
17 to the northwesterly Sine of Paddy Lane as shown on
the map of said Tract No, 21786^ thence northeasterly along
said northwesterly line to the beginning of a tangent curve,
concave westerly and having a radius of 15 feet; thence
northerly along said curve to Its point of tangency with the
southwesterly line of Adoue Place as shown on said map of
Tract No. 21786; thence northwesterly along said southwesterly
line to Its Intersection with the northeasterly prolongation
of the northwesterly line of said Lot 17$ thence southwesterly
along said prolongation to the point of beginning.
Also, Lots 17, 18 and 19 of Tract No. 21786, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-5 to Zone R-2, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change,
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published In the manner prescribed by
law.

I, THEUV\A L. BALKUS, City Clerk of the City of Baldwin Park,
do hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 548 was regularly
introduced and placed upon its first reading at a regular meeting
of the City Council on the 2nd day of April, 1969, that, thereafter,
said Ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 16th day of April, 1969, by the following vote:
