AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION
5206 a) OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL
CODE, RELATING TO GARBAGE AND RUBBISH
SERVICES FEES,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS;
SECTION lo That Section 5206 a) of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code, relating +o Garbage and Rubbish Services Fees, is hereby amended to
read as to I lows;
5206 a)o Residentialo For single family residential
units, the sum of $2a00 per month, for residential units,
multiple, the sum of $2a00 per month for the first unit, and
$1.25 per month for each additional unit; and"
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published In the manner
prescribed by law<,
