AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK APPROVING A
SPECIFIC PLAN SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 15).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare as
follows:
a) That pursuant to Section 65450 et
seq of the Government Code of the State of
California, the same being the Planning and
Zoning Law", the Planning Commission of City
heretofore initiated proceedings for a specific
plan, the same being designated as Specific
Plan No. 15; and
b) That as a result of the public
hearings conducted by said Commission upon
said Specific Plan No. 15, the recommendation
was made that said Plan as depicted in the
said Commission's files, be adopted; and
c) That the City Council conducted a
duly noticed public hearing upon said matter,
and thereafter determined that the public
interest, convenience and necessity required
the adoption of said Specific Plan as amended,
SECTION 2. That Section 9878 is hereby added to the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code to read as follows:
9878. SPECIFIC PLAN NO. 15. Specific
Plan No. 15, as shown on Exhibit A", attached
hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,
is hereby approved, and that the development of
the street pattern in the area to which said
Specific Plan relates shall be accommodated in
substantially the form as is shown on said
Exhibit A".
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption hereof and cause this Ordinance to be published
in the manner prescribed by law,
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of September 1969.
