AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE WITH
REFERENCE TO THE POSITION OF CITY
MANAGER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 1327 is hereby added to
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, to read as follows;
1327. CITY MANAGER. Whenever in
this Code, or any other ordinance, reso-
lution or other official document of the
City, reference is made to Chief Admin-
istrative Officer" or City Administrator",
such references, for all purposes, shall
be deemed to mean City Manager".
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.
