AN ORDINANCE OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-l TO ZONE
C-l. ZONE CASE NO. Z-31^T~

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section
9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property
described as follows:
Lots 4, 5, 6 and 7 of Tract No. 1398, as per
map recorded in Book 18, pages 164 and 165 of
Maps, Records of Los Angeles County. EXCEPT
those portions of said lots dedicated for
streets. CLocated at 4400-4424 Maine Avenue)
be, and the same hereby are, rezoned from Zone R-l to Zone C-l, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner pre-
scribed by law.

hereby certify that the foregoing Ordinance No. 556 was regularly introduced
