AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 3361 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PARKING
OF VEHICLES ON PRIVATE PROPERTY.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3361 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
3361. PARKING ON PRIVATE PROPERTY
PROHIBITED. No person shall stop, stand, park
or leave standing, any motor vehicle, as that
phrase is defined in the Vehicle Code of the
State of California, whether attended or
unattended, on any private property within the
City, except with the consent of the.owner or
person in possession of such private property.
Such consent, for the purpose of this Section,
shall be deemed, for all purposes, not to have
been given if the said private property has
displayed thereon, in plain view, a sign which:
1) states that public parking is
prohibited; and
2) refers to this Code section; and
3) contains the telephone number of
the Baldwin Park Police Department."
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption hereof and cause the same to be published in the
manner prescribed by law.
