AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-3 AND R-2
TO ZONE C-2. ZONE CASE No. Z-321)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property, described as follows:
Parcel 2 as shown on Parcel Map No. 766, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
as per map recorded in Book 21 page 48 of Parcel Maps, in
the office of the County Recorder of said County, more
particularly described as; 14031 Francisquito Avenue, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-3 and R-2 to Zone C-2, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park"
to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this ist day of Apr!I 1970.

first reading at a regular meeting of the City Council on the l8th day of March 1970.
That, thereafter, said ordinance was duly adopted and passed at a regular meeting of
the City Council on the 1st day of April 1970, by the following vote:
