ORDINANCE NOo 565
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE C-2 TO
ZONE C"M ZONE CASE NOo Z-323)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWSs
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Codeg> that certain real property^ described as follows?
Lot 25g in the City of Baldwin Parks in the County of Los Angeles,
State of Californias as shown on licensed surveyor's map filed
in Book 22 page 269 Record of Surveys, in the office of the County
Recorder of said Countyo
EXCEPT that portion of said land as condemned for flood control
channel purposes^ by final decree of condemnation entered in
Case No. 611697 g> Superior Court, a certified copy thereof being
recorded in Book 43436 Page 45 a Official Recordso
ALSO EXCEPT THAT portion of said parcel 25 lying southerly of
the northerly line of Garvey Avenue^ 100 feet wide, as per deed
recorded in Book 11786 Page 149g Official RecordSo
be, and the same hereby is» rezoned from Zone C°2 to Zone C-M, and the Director
of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect
such change.
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by lawo
