ORDINANCE NO. 566
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R=2 AND R-3
TO ZONE C"2 ZONE CASE NO. Z-324)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1o Thatg, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property, described as follows;
Parcel 1 as shown on Parcel Map NOo 766, in the City of Baldwin
Parkg County of Los Angeles;, State of California, as per map
recorded in Book 21 g> page 48 of parcel map in the County Recorder's
Office of said County,,
be, and the same hereby is 9 rezoned from Zone R~2 and R°3 to Zone C-2, and
the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin
Park" to reflect such changeo
SECTION 2, That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 6th day of Y 1970.
