ORDINANCE NO. 568
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY, AND
REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED
REAL PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-1 TO
ZONE M-1 ZONE CASE NO. Z-305)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property, described as follows:
upon a parcel of land located at the southwesterly terminus
of Virginia Avenue, southeasterly of the Pacific Electric
right-of-way, northwesterly of Walnut Creek Wash, and
northeasterly of the City Boundary Line, in the City of
Baldwin Park. County of Los Angeles, State of California.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-1 to Zone M-1, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park"
to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st ddy of July 1970.
