AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING SECTION
3381 OF THE BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE,
RELATING TO SPECIAL SPEED ZONES.

THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 3381 of the Baldwin Park Municipal
Code, relating to Special Speed Zones, is hereby amended so as to
add the following street to those now enumerated:

1) Badillo Street from
Virginia Avenue to the
east city boundary
Declared Prima Facie

35 miles per hour
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner
prescribed by law.
