AN ORDINANCE 01- EHL ClEY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
THE ZONING REGULATIONS OF SAID CITY
WITH REGARD TO CONDITIONAL ZONING-
CASE NO. AZC-45)
THE CtTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I. That Section 9497 is hereby added to the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code to read as follows:
9497. CONDITIONAL ZONING. The City Council may impose
conditions of approval upon the recIassification of any
property from one zone classification to another, where
it finds that such conditions must be imposed so as not to
create problems inimical to the pub tic health, safety and
general welfare of the City."
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption hereof
and cause this Ordinance to be published in the manner prescribed by law-
PASSED AND APPROVED this 2nd jay of 1970. December
