ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY. i
AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
FROM ZONE R-l TO ZONE M-1
ZONE CASE NO. Z-328. PART II)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property, described
as follows:
The northerly 232.03 feet of the westerly 171.93 feet of
the easterly 181.93 feet of the following described land:
The south 2 acres of the west half of the west half of the
northeast quarter of the northeast quarter of Section 8,
Township 1 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Meridian,
according to the official plat of said land filed in the
District Land Office on April 21, 1877.
Except therefrom the southerly 135.00 feet of the westerly
90 feet thereof.
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zofie R-1 to Zone M-1, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
