THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES OROAIN AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION I, That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 4^1
of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that the property to which *aid
Zone Change relates is located at 13247 Garvey Avonuo, in the City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particular ly
described as;
That portion of Lot 45 of Tract No. 718 as per map recorded
in Book 17, Page 7, of Maps, in the Office of said County.,
Except therefrom that portion thereof lying southeasterly
of the center line of Garvoy Avenue 100 feet wide as des-
cribed in deed recorded in Book 11692, page 170, Official
Records*
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-l to Zone C-2, and the
Director of Plaining shaM amend the Zoning M^p of the City of
Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the Citty Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the sane to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 7th day of April 1971.
