AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY,
AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
FROM ZONE C-1 TO ZONE R-3
ZONE CASE NO. Z-335)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
15401, 15403, 15405, 15407, 15411, 15415, 15421, 15427 and 15433 Olive
Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, more particularly described as:
Parcels in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles,
State of California, as shown as Parcel Nos. 15, 16, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23 and 24 on Page 22 of the 1970 Los Angeles County
Assessor's Map Book No. 8413.
be, an'd the same hereby is, rezoned from Zone C-l to Zone R-3, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 21st day of April 1971.
