AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK RECLASSIFYING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY APPLICANT:
PERLIN; CASE NO; Z-339; LOCATION:
PATRITTI AVENUE AND BLENHEIM STREET).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of
Baldwin Park does hereby find, determine and declare, as
follows:
a) That the owners of certain herein-
after described real property have heretofore
filed an application for a change in zone
classification from Zone R-l to Zone C-2; and
b) That the property to which said
application relates is legally described as
Lots 44, 45 and 46, Tract No. 19181, City of
Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State
of California, as per map recorded in Map
Book 39 at Page 49, et seq. of Maps in the
office of the Recorder of said County; and
c) That as a result of the public
hearings conducted by the Commission and
Council, it appears that the public interest,
convenience and necessity requires that the
said property be reclassified as requested.
SECTION 2. That notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, the
above described real property be, and the same hereby is,
reclassified, and rezoned, from Zone R-l to Zone C-2.
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption hereof and cause this Ordinance to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this *8^ day of August 1971
