PARK LENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY, WD REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
FROM ZONE A-l TO ZONE R-l ZONE
CASE NO. Z-336)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOW:
SECTION I. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located on the North
side of Olive Street, Westerly of Merced, Southerly of Los Angeles Bureau of
Power and Light right-of-way Olive School Sitel, in the City of Baldwin Park,
County of Los Angeles, Sfftte of California, more particularly described as:
That portion of the south one-half of lot 2 in the northwest one-
quarter of Section 7, T.I.S., R« 10 W lying southeasterly of the
right-of-^ay of the Bureau of Power and Light of the City of Los
Angeles.

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
