AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK MENDING THE ZONING MAP OF
SAID CITY, MD REZONING CERTAIN
HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
FROM ZONE R-3 TO ZONE R-l ZONE
C1SE NO. Z-337) L^-^^^
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION I. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 13904-
13938 Bellgreen Street, and 13901-13937 Lubicw Street and 13904 and 13910
Lubican Street, in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, more particularly described as:
Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8, of Tract No. 17854 and Lots 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 of
Tract No. 19865 and Lots 23 and 24 of Tract No. 23286 In the City
of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as
per map recorded In Book 8544, Page 31 of Maps, in the office of
the County Recorder of said County, as per 1970 Assessor's map
book.

SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be; published in the manner prescribed by law.
