AN OROINMCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK MENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY,
AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
FROM ZONE R-3 TO ZONE R-(
ZONE CASE NO. Z-542)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That, notwi thstyiding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
13902, IS910, 15914, 15920 and 15924 Los Ange lea Street, In the City of
Daldwin Park, County of Lo» Angelea, State of California, more particularly
described aa:
Lota 45, 44, 45, 46 and 47 of Tract 14201
be, and the sane hereby is, reasoned from Zone R«5 to Zone R«l, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Baldwin Park" to reflect such change,
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
this Ordinance and causa the acme to be published in the manner prescribed
by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 4th day of August 1971.
