AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
BALDWIN PARK AMENDING THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY,
AND REZONING CERTAIN HEREIN
DESCRIBED REAL PROPERTY
FROM ZONE R-3 TO ZONE R-l
ZONE CASE NO. Z-343)
THE CITY COUNCIL OF T^ CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION I, That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of
the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at
15142, 13146, 13147, 13151, 13152, 13156, 13157, 13160, 13163, 13200 and
13201 Shaver Street and 13157, 1316f,-13(62 and 13165 Judith Street, in
the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
more particularly described as:
Lots 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, II, 12, 13, 14, 21, 22, 23 and 24 of
Tract 26572
be. and the sane hereby is, rezoned from Zone R-3 to Zone R-l, and the
Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of
Baldwin Park" to reflect such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
th^s Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed
by faw.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 4th day of August 1971.
