AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK AMENDING THE ZONING MAP
OF SAID CITY, AND REZONING
CERTAIN HEREIN DESCRIBED REAL
PROPERTY FROM ZONE R-3 TO ZONE
R-1 ZONE CASE NO. Z-344).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the
Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 14103,
14108, 14112, 14118, 14121, 14124. 14127, 14129, 14136 and 14137 Corak and
1705. 1703, 1711, 1712, 1717, and 1719 North Dundry Avenue and 1707 Big
Dalton Avenue in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, more particularly described as:
Parcel Nos. 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19,
18 and 20 on Page 25 of the 1970 Los Angeles County Assessor's
Map Book No. 8558 and parcel 12 on Page 26 of the 1970 Los Angeles
County Assessor's Map Book No. 8558
be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from R-3 to R-1, and the Director of
Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect
such change.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of September 1971.

and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 1st day of
September 1971, by the following vote:
