Z-345). THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. That, notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9451 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code, that certain real property located at 1838, 1857, 1861, 1862, 1866, 1868, 1869, 1873, 1874, 1879, 1880 and 1883 Calino Avenue and 1817 Puente Avenue in the City of Baldwin Park, County of Los Angeles, State of California, more particularly described as: Parcel Nos. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 19 and 20 on Page 2 of the 1970 Los Angeles County Assessors Map Book No. 8558 be, and the same hereby is, rezoned from R-3 to R-1, and the Director of Planning shall amend the Zoning Map of the City of Baldwin Park" to reflect such change. SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published in the manner prescribed by law. PASSED AND APPROVED this 1st day of September 1971.
