AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
SECTION 9475 OF THE BALDWIN PARK
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO FILING
FEES WITH REGARD TO ZONING APPLICATIONS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9475 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
9475. Filing Fees. Each application
for a conditional use permit, a zone variance
or for a modification thereof, shall be
accompanied by a filing and processing fee
in the sum of $125,00; provided, however,
that the filing and processing fee for a
Minor Variance', as defined in Section 9479
or for a modification relating to a Minor
Variance, shall be $25o00.
A filing and processing fee shall be
required for all appeals referred to in
Section 9480 hereof, in the following amounts:
1) Appeal filing fee zone variances,
Appeal
$75.00;
2) Appeal filing fee conditional use
permits $75.00;
3) Appeal filing fee minor zone
variances, $50.00.
That the above described appeal fees shall
apply to the original applications for zone
variances, conditional use permits and minor
zone variances, as well as the appeals taken
from modification proceedings relating to the
same.
SECTION 2. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and cause the same to be published
in the manner prescribed by law.

1971.
