AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK AMENDING
CERTAIN OF THE CITY'S ZONING REGU-
LATIONS CASE NUMBERS: AZC-49 AND
AZC-51).
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That Section 9422 of the Baldwin Park
Municipal Code is hereby amended by adding thereto, as
Subparagraph 2a) the following:
2a) Bedroom shall mean any room
in a dwelling unit, however
designated, other than a
living room, dining room,
kitchen, bathroom, utility
room and hallway.
SECTION 2. That Subparagraphs 4)(c) and 4)(d) of
Section 9522 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code are hereby
amended, respectively, to read as follows:
4)(c) 3 bedroom family units 1150 sq. ft.
4)(d) 4 bedroom family units 1300 sq. ft."
SECTION 3. That the City Clerk shall certify the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to be
published in the manner prescribed by law.

1971.

adopted and passed at a regular meeting of the City Council on the 3rd day
of November 1971, by the following vote:
