ORDINANCE HO. 612 i
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN
PARK AMENDING SECTION 3355 OF THE
BALDWIN PARK MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING
TO FOOD VENDORS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BALDWIN PARK DOES
ORDAIN:
SECTION I. That Subparagraphs b), c) and d) of
Section 3355 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code be
relettered as Subparagraphs c), d) and e), respectively
of said Section.
SECTION 2. That Subparagraph b) be added to
Section 3355 of the Baldwin Park Municipal Code to read
as follows:
b) No person shall park, stand or
maintain any lunch wagon, eating cart, or
any other food vending vehicle or conveyance,
in or upon any public street or other public
property within four hundred 400) feet of
any property line of any property upon which
a public school is located, nor shall any
permit be granted to authorize such activity
within such designated areas."
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Ordinance and shall cause the same to
be published in the manner required by law.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 17th day of November
1971.
